Smarsh is an American software company providing cloud-based communications archiving, compliance, supervision, and e-discovery tools for regulated industries such as financial services and government. Founded in Brooklyn in 2001, it relocated to Portland, Oregon in 2004 and is now owned by K1 Investment Management, which merged it with Actiance in 2018.
