## What We Do

SiriusXM is an American audio entertainment company providing satellite and internet radio service across the U.S. and Canada, formed in 2008 through the merger of Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio. It also owns the Pandora streaming music service and became a fully independent public company after separating from Liberty Media in September 2024.
