Qurate Retail Group is an American media and retail conglomerate that operates video- and ecommerce-based shopping platforms, principally QVC and HSN, along with the Cornerstone Brands catalog/home-goods businesses. It is majority-controlled by media investor John C. Malone through Liberty Media-affiliated holdings, and it officially renamed itself QVC Group in February 2025 after several years of declining TV-shopping revenue.
