Promises Treatment Centers, now operating as Promises Behavioral Health, is a for-profit provider of residential and outpatient drug and alcohol addiction treatment headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee. Its original Malibu facility developed the high-end 'Malibu Model' of addiction treatment and became known for treating celebrity clientele; its former parent, Elements Behavioral Health, filed for bankruptcy in 2018.
