## What We Do

Pillsbury is a long-running American food brand, famous for the Pillsbury Doughboy mascot, refrigerated biscuit and cookie dough, and baking mixes. Once an independent company founded in 1869, it was acquired by General Mills in 2001; today the Pillsbury name is used by General Mills for refrigerated/frozen dough products while its shelf-stable flour and baking-mix lines are separately owned and marketed by Hometown Food Company.
