## What We Do

People's Food Co-op is a member-owned natural foods grocery cooperative in Southeast Portland, Oregon, founded in 1970 as a food-buying club by Reed College students and now owned by over 3,000 member-owners. It sells organic and ethically sourced groceries, excludes meat products (except pet food) and items tested on animals, and hosts one of Portland's longest-running year-round farmers markets.
