## What We Do

NBCUniversal is an American mass media and entertainment conglomerate formed in 2004 and wholly owned by Comcast since 2013, encompassing NBC broadcast television, Universal Pictures, the Peacock streaming service, theme parks, and international broadcaster Sky. In early 2026 it completed the spinoff of its legacy cable networks (including CNBC, MS NOW/formerly MSNBC, USA Network, Syfy, Oxygen, E!, and Golf Channel) into a separately traded company called Versant.
