## What We Do

Navy Mutual (formally the Navy Mutual Aid Association) is a nonprofit, tax-exempt mutual benefit association headquartered at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall in Arlington, Virginia, that provides life insurance and annuities to members of the sea services. Membership, originally limited to Navy and Marine Corps officers, has expanded over its history to include the Coast Guard, Public Health Service, NOAA, enlisted personnel, retirees, and, since 2020, Army and Air Force members and their families.
