## What We Do

Kuali is a software company that builds cloud-based, modular administrative software for higher education institutions, covering areas such as research administration, curriculum and academic operations, forms/workflow management, and financial management. It evolved out of the nonprofit, community-driven Kuali Project (started in 2004) and became a for-profit SaaS company, Kuali Inc., in 2014, with the original Kuali Foundation dissolving in 2023.
