HSN (Home Shopping Network) is an American television shopping network founded in 1982 that pioneered the home shopping television format, broadcasting live and selling merchandise via TV, streaming, and online. It merged operations with sister network QVC under Qurate Retail (now QVC Group) in 2017 and consolidated its headquarters into QVC's Studio Park campus in West Chester, Pennsylvania in 2025; the parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization in April 2026 while continuing normal operations.
