Heritage Guitar, Inc. is an American electric guitar manufacturer founded in 1985 by former Gibson employees in the original Gibson factory building in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The company produces handmade semi-hollow and solid-body guitars styled after classic Gibson designs, and BandLab Technologies acquired a majority stake in 2017.
