Famous Dave's is an American barbecue restaurant chain founded in 1994 by Dave Anderson in Hayward, Wisconsin, serving ribs, brisket, chicken, and other smoked barbecue fare primarily in the Midwest U.S. It is now a subsidiary of BBQ Holdings, which is owned by Canada's MTY Food Group.
