## What We Do

Equitrac is a document output management and print cost-recovery software brand, originally founded in 1977 in Miami, that serves law firms, universities, and other organizations managing printer and copier usage. It was acquired by Nuance Communications in 2011 and later became part of Kofax (now renamed Tungsten Automation) through Kofax's 2019 purchase of Nuance's Document Imaging business.
