EnergyUnited is the largest electric membership cooperative in North Carolina, formed in 1998 through the merger of Crescent Electric Membership Corporation and Davidson Electric Membership Corporation. It provides electricity to roughly 125,000 metering points across multiple North Carolina counties and has diversified into internet, propane, security, and renewable energy services.
