## What We Do

CSG International (legally CSG Systems International, commonly known simply as CSG) provided business support systems software, including billing, customer management, and revenue management platforms, primarily to telecommunications, cable, and media companies worldwide. Founded in 1982 and long publicly traded on Nasdaq, it was acquired by Japan's NEC Corporation in 2025 and merged into NEC's Netcracker Technology unit.
