Cox Media Group (CMG), legally CMG Media Corporation, is an American broadcasting and media conglomerate operating television and radio stations across the South, Pacific Northwest, Midwest, and Northeast U.S., along with digital advertising and direct-marketing businesses. Originally a Cox Enterprises subsidiary formed in 2008, it was restructured in 2019 when Apollo Global Management acquired majority ownership, with Cox Enterprises retaining a minority stake.
