Coleman County Electric Cooperative is a member-owned, not-for-profit rural electric utility that distributes power across parts of eight counties in west-central Texas, including Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Runnels, Taylor, and Tom Green counties. Headquartered in Coleman, Texas, it was established in 1937 under the federal Rural Electrification Act and is affiliated with the Touchstone Energy cooperative network.
