Challenger is a brand of agricultural tractors and farm equipment best known for pioneering rubber-track ('Track-Type') tractor technology, starting with the 1986 Challenger 65. Originally created by Caterpillar Inc., the brand was sold to AGCO Corporation in 2002, which continues to manufacture Challenger tracked tractors, primarily at its Jackson, Minnesota facility.
