Brantly International is a small American helicopter company whose engineering and administrative offices are based in Coppell, Texas, tracing its history to the Brantly Helicopter Corporation founded in 1945. Manufacturing of its Brantly-designed helicopters (the B-2 and 305 models) is now carried out under license by Qingdao Haili Helicopters in China.
