## What We Do

Boxed is an e-commerce wholesale retailer that lets consumers and small businesses buy bulk-sized groceries, household goods, and other everyday items online without a membership fee. Founded in 2013, it went public via a SPAC merger in 2021, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2023, and was subsequently acquired by MSG Distributors, which relaunched the Boxed website and app in 2024.
