## What We Do

Bikram Yoga is a hot yoga method created in the 1970s by Bikram Choudhury, consisting of a fixed sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to about 105°F. It is taught through a global network of independently owned studios and instructors certified through Bikram-style teacher trainings, originally headquartered at a studio in Los Angeles.
