Bell Sports is an American maker of bicycle, motorcycle, and motorsports helmets sold under the Bell brand, tracing its roots to Bell Auto Parts and Bell Helmets in the mid-20th century. After passing through numerous owners (Riddell, Easton-Bell, Vista Outdoor), it is now part of Revelyst, which was acquired by private equity firm Strategic Value Partners in January 2025.
