Bell Textron (formerly Bell Helicopter) is an American aerospace manufacturer headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, that designs and builds military and commercial helicopters and tiltrotor aircraft, including the UH-1 Huey, AH-1 Cobra, and V-22 Osprey. It has been a subsidiary of Textron Inc. since 1960 and rebranded from 'Bell Helicopter' to simply 'Bell' in 2018.
