August Schell Brewing Company, commonly known as Schell's, is a family-owned brewery founded in 1860 in New Ulm, Minnesota, making it the second-oldest family-owned brewery in the United States. It produces its own beer brands and, since acquiring the rights in 2002, also produces Grain Belt beer, making it Minnesota's largest brewery.
