## What We Do

Asgrow is a seed brand specializing in soybean varieties, formed in 1927 as an independent seed company and later a pioneer of genetically modified crops (releasing the first Roundup Ready soybean in 1996). It is now owned by Bayer Crop Science following Bayer's acquisition of Monsanto, which had previously acquired Asgrow.
