## What We Do

American Medical Response (AMR) is a private ambulance and emergency medical transportation company operating across the United States, providing ground ambulance, non-emergency medical transport, and disaster-response services. Formed in 1991 through the merger of several regional ambulance companies, it is now a subsidiary of Global Medical Response, created via AMR's 2018 merger with Air Medical Group Holdings.
