Adient plc is the world's largest manufacturer of automotive seating, supplying seat systems, foam, and trim to automakers globally. It was spun off from Johnson Controls in 2016, is legally domiciled in Ireland but based/headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan, and operates roughly 200 manufacturing and assembly plants across around 29 countries.
