Adams Street Partners is a Chicago-based private markets investment firm offering fund-of-funds, direct/co-investment, venture capital, growth equity, and private credit strategies to institutional investors worldwide. It began in 1972 as the growth-equity arm of First National Bank of Chicago and became fully independent and employee-owned in 2008, and today manages tens of billions of dollars in assets from offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
