- 8+ years relevant compensation experience with bachelor degree, or 5+ years with advanced degree, or 2+ years with PhD
- Develop and execute compensation strategies and annual review cycles
- Analyze competitive salary data and recommend salary structure updates
- Consult with business leaders on compensation issues including job evaluation and FLSA exemption reviews
- Coordinate global compensation program management across multiple regions

## Nice to have

- 9+ years relevant experience with bachelor degree, or 7+ with advanced degree, or 3+ with PhD
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Workday
- Experience with compensation management tools like CompAnalyst
- Experience in global compensation environments
- Program management skills for coordinating complex cross-regional initiatives
- Ability to present information clearly to senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build quantitative models
