- 2+ years as Production Coordinator or similar role
- 2+ years using ERP, MES, or WMS software
- Experience in dynamic, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Highly organized and responsive
- Ability to lift 35 lbs unassisted
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to production and launch sites
- Physical capability for lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying
- Willingness to work in extreme outdoor environments
- Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime and non-standard shifts
- US government background clearance for Stennis, Mississippi location

## Nice to have

- Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with Infor LN, Manufacturo, or Jira
- Ability to generate automated reports using SQL database querying
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety guidelines
