- Compelling portfolio showing user-centered design, strategic thinking, and delivered business outcomes
- Deep experience developing, implementing, and scaling design systems across multiple product lines
- Proven use of modern AI-driven practices and tools in design work
- Strong business acumen understanding design's impact on business outcomes
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Experience collaborating with distributed or global teams

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with fleet management, logistics, or product-led growth industries
