## Required

- 5+ years progressive manufacturing or industrial fabrication experience
- Direct supervision of production leads and technician crews
- Electro-mechanical assembly expertise with power distribution and control wiring knowledge
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational training credential
- Ability to stand and walk extended periods on industrial shop floors
- Capability to lift or move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug/alcohol screening

## Nice to have

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Direct experience manufacturing modular data centers, power distribution centers, or switchgear
- Advanced blueprint and schematic literacy across electrical one-lines and control wiring diagrams
- Hands-on experience with ERP or MES systems for labor tracking and shop floor management
