## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience including supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with ERP and planning systems
- Ability to translate operational data into financial insights
- Experience partnering with procurement and operations on supplier contracts and capital planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organization and detail-orientation in fast-paced environments

## Nice to have

- MBA or CPA
- Experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environments
- Hardware, data center, or physical infrastructure supply chain experience
- Capital equipment accounting and depreciation knowledge
- Prior experience building FP&A processes at scaling companies
