- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Mix of public accounting and retail or hospitality environment experience in the US
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system
- Experience with Coupa or similar billing and invoicing software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Ability to identify and solve problems and communicate solutions clearly
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverable timelines
