## Required

- At least 5 years of industry experience
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Deep expertise in Test-Driven Development and Pytest
- Understanding of design patterns and production system implementation
- Experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of caching, CDN, and data storage tradeoffs
- Ability to create and interpret architecture diagrams
- Familiarity with distributed and machine learning system architectures
- Grounding in systems engineering principles
- Experience with architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or SysML
