## Required

- 5+ years retail experience
- 4+ years retail management experience
- Understanding of Retail Labor Laws
- Ability to work flexible schedule across 7-day week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in sales or operationally intensive business
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage team performance, hiring, training, and development
- Operational efficiency and process adherence
