## Required

- 5+ years in SRE, production operations, platform engineering, or release engineering
- Experience operating production systems at scale with on-call responsibility
- Fluency in SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, and DORA metrics
- Experience leading incident response and running blameless postmortems
- Proficiency with AWS in production environments
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Pulumi or Terraform
- Kubernetes experience
- Scripting and automation skills
- Clear communication with infrastructure and product teams
- Comfort with asynchronous, distributed work

## Nice to have

- Incident management tooling experience (incident.io, PagerDuty, Opsgenie)
