- Experience with service-oriented or microservices architectures including CI/CD and production monitoring

## Nice to have

- Experience designing and evolving large-scale distributed systems with performance tuning and capacity planning
- Track record of providing technical leadership through design review, mentoring, and influencing engineering practices
- Deep experience with observability and operational excellence including incident response and post-incident analysis
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML features safely into production systems
