## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years collections, financial services, phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations experience
- Pass drug test and background check
- Comply with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act guidelines
- Negotiate with customers and explain available options
- Stay calm during escalated calls and treat customers with empathy
- Meet monthly collection, call time, and quality assurance goals
- Retain training and adapt to process changes
- Handle sensitive customer information with discretion
- Use computer systems to review accounts and process payments

## Nice to have

- Contact center experience in financial services
