## Required

- 4+ years of HR client-facing or relevant experience
- Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong business insight and understanding of cross-functional work
- Knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices
- Solid understanding in three or more of: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, mobility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS systems with advanced Excel knowledge
- Program and project management skills
- Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels and with diverse client groups

## Nice to have

- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Experience in organization assessment, planning, and development
- Change management experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, dynamic global environments
- Customer-focused with high sense of urgency and business curiosity
