- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies
- Analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Financial and business acumen including inventory management and working capital optimization

- DBS/Lean methodology expertise
