## Required

- At least 18 years old
- Able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Stand for up to 12 hours on concrete or platforms
- Work in temperature-controlled areas (20-40°F and over 100°F)
- Comfortable working around animal blood and carcass parts
- Work in wet, humid, noisy environments with strong odors
- Wear PPE including hard hat, safety shoes, and hearing/eye protection
- Use knives and hand tools for processing
- Climb ladders and stairs
- Lift up to 30 lbs repetitively or single lifts up to 60 lbs
- Follow oral and written instructions
- Support training and development of production employees

- Equipment operation certification
