- 5+ years deploying voice and non-voice contact center platforms
- Experience leading complex implementation projects in CCaaS, UCaaS, or CPaaS environments
- Understanding of voice technologies and contact center infrastructure (ACD, IVR, CTI, Dialer, SBC)
- Proficiency in platform configuration, system architecture, and API integrations
- Experience integrating with CRMs like Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
- Business proficiency in Korean and English

## Nice to have

- Development experience with Groovy, JavaScript, or scripting for integrations
- VoIP troubleshooting experience
