## Required

- 3–4 years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or data engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, and AI/BI tools
- Data modeling experience (dimensional modeling or semantic layers)
- Hands-on ETL/ELT development with SQL, APIs, SaaS platforms, and Data Lake Storage
- Strong analytical mindset and independent problem-solving
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Experience with PySpark, Delta Lake, and Medallion architecture
- Experience transitioning teams to AI-enabled, modernized operations
- Databricks platform expertise
- Exposure to financial services data systems (Investran, Workday, Geneva, GTreasury)
- Experience with audit-ready or compliance-sensitive reporting environments
