## Required

- Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, data centers, semiconductors, or adjacent ecosystems
- Background in strategic partnerships, hyperscaler deal structuring, or infrastructure investments
- Track record structuring and negotiating complex, high-value technology transactions as a principal negotiator
- Understanding of capital markets, project financing, and financial transaction structuring
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate engineering concepts into business strategies
- Experience building partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders

## Nice to have

- 8–10+ years in strategic deals, corporate development, or investment banking at technology companies or hyperscalers
- Experience managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously
- Familiarity with silicon transactions and AI accelerator ecosystems
- Experience with vendor financing, equipment leasing, or structured finance applied to infrastructure
- Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure requirements including training cluster design and capacity planning
- Passion for AI infrastructure and Anthropic's mission
