## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 2–4 years related quality or inspection experience
- Aerospace quality management system experience (AS9100DD) or internal audit experience
- Mechanical inspection expertise including surface plate work, hand tools, and gages
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with strong GD&T understanding
- Knowledge of FAI validation and verification processes
- Engineering drawings and specification systems knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Flight test documentation skills
- Pre- and post-flight visual inspection capability on flight hardware
- Ability to remove and replace field replaceable aircraft components
- Daily excel spreadsheet documentation of flight test results
- Efficient work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Daily travel to remote flying sites
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work overtime
- U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee status for ITAR compliance
