- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration
- Working knowledge of 120/240/480-volt electrical systems, HVAC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Minimum 2 years steam boiler experience
- Minimum 2 years electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
- Ability to climb and work at heights
- Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
- Must be at least 18 years old

## Nice to have

- Minimum 2 years refrigeration experience or equivalent education
- RETA Operator 1 and/or 2 certification
