## Required

- Engineering degree or related technical field
- 2+ years hands-on hardware build and test experience in manufacturing or integration
- Ability to investigate hardware issues and drive root cause analysis
- General assembly and test procedure knowledge
- Cross-functional communication with design, supply chain, production, and test teams
- Can develop and implement new processes independently

## Nice to have

- Experience with aerospace product introduction or prototype-to-production transition at scale
- Direct experience authoring and executing test procedures as a test conductor
- Knowledge of hazardous operations, fluid system safety, or pressurized/high-risk test environments
- Background in fast-paced lean environments with vendor engagement or team leadership
- Experience with at least two of: LOX cleanliness, leak checking, sensor checkouts, tube bending, tool design, crane operations, or subassembly builds
