- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience (or advanced degree in lieu of experience)
- Experience in space system development, systems engineering, thermal design, mechanical/fluid systems, or manufacturing
- Experience developing technical content for proposals and customer presentations
- Experience authoring and decomposing mission and system-level requirements
- Understanding of launch, space, and lunar environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- U.S. Person status for export compliance

## Nice to have

- Understanding of full end-to-end mission solutions
- Experience with mission architecture development
- Experience writing or reviewing software scripts for automation and analysis
- Knowledge of NASA and industry engineering standards
- Experience working in agile environments with Confluence and Jira
- Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance
