- 3+ years maintenance, parts or planning experience
- 3+ years management or supervision experience
- 3+ years using a Computerized Maintenance Management or ERP System
- High school diploma or GED
- Read and write in English
- Ability to supervise employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google applications
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings and blueprints
- Forklift certification
- Overhead crane certification
- Respirator certification

- Technical two-year degree or maintenance planning equivalent
